An Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP) is a firm registered with Companies House, and supervised for anti-money-laundering purposes, that can verify identities and file documents on behalf of companies. Fundsure is a registered ACSP (AP003554), supervised by HMRC under the Money Laundering Regulations. Using an ACSP lets directors verify remotely, with broader document acceptance than the GOV.UK One Login route.
Under the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023, every UK company director and Person with Significant Control (PSC) must verify their identity with Companies House. You verify once and receive a single Companies House personal code that links to all of your directorships and PSC roles. Verification became mandatory for new appointments from 18 November 2025, with existing directors verifying by their next confirmation statement.
